In truth, it’s a pretty staggering statistic. One child dies every five days from choking on food. Now while the number could segue into a huge discussion about parental involvement as opposed to the choking hazard of certain foods, the American Academy of Pediatrics is calling for the redesign of certain food, particularly, the Hot Dog.
The Kansas-based organization of inflammatory zealots responsible for the slogan, “God Hates Fags” consistently travels the country protesting everything from Jewish centers to homosexual-based events and celebrations. The WBC brought its caravan of hatred and anti-Semitism to the uber-liberal and homosexual friendly community of Long Beach, CA recently. And it would be safe to say that the welcome wagon never left the garage. Advocates and congregation organizers of the WBC were met by exponentially larger crowds of WBC protestors outraged that a group could justify such bigotry and anti-Semitism under the name of God.
